Very sad John was one of the best now with his best friend and wife Jean. I loved this man heart if of gold

Very sad news! John was a very kind and loveable character and was a great member of Washington Camera Club, where I came to know him. He provided many years of great service to the club by helping in the kitchen to prepare the food and hot drinks for his fellow members. It was an honour and delight to have known him and I will miss chatting to him and his sense of humour. R.I.P and God bless you John!
